We are so excited you have decided to create something wonderful at Sew-Clusion Retreats! Please review our policies below and fill out our electronic reservation request form. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to confirm your desired reservation date.

BOOKING DEPOSITS
A $50 per person non-refundable booking deposit and written reservation form is required with each reservation. Deposits and forms must be received within 10 days of booking a reservation to secure your reservation date(s). Booking deposits can be made by check or by credit card through this website and will be credited towards your final invoice.

FINAL PAYMENTS:
The total balance due for each group reservation will be invoiced 45-60 days prior via U.S. mail to the host coordinator. All balances due must be paid in full by cash, check, or money order to Sew-Clusion Retreats, LLC NO LATER THAN 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to make final payments when due will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposits.

CANCELLATIONS:
We realize emergencies and illness can occur unexpectedly, however, please realize this can leave a space that cannot be filled. Therefore, there will be absolutely no refunds of any kind due to cancellations within 45 days of arrival nor for any early departures. If you find yourself in these situations, please try to find your own substitute guest. Substitutes will be allowed if notification is provided in writing and approved however, any and all payments or other private arrangements must be made solely between the guests and at the discretion and responsibility of the originally booked guest or group coordinator. If you are part of a group, you are required to pay the full nightly rate based on the number of nights the group has reserved, even if you arrive or depart prior to the groups reserved times. The group minimum rate for 6 must be met at all times during your reserved time whether or not all parties in your group can stay for the whole time.

Cancellations made prior to 60 days of arrival will be refunded, minus any non-refundable booking deposits. Any pre-arranged additional or optional services (such as food, rentals, workshops, lectures or spa services) must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival and are non-refundable. In the rare cases of extreme inclement weather, we will work with you whenever possible to adjust your check in and/or check out dates and times to accommodate your traveling safety. Only one postponement/rescheduling/date change per group or individual may be made up to 60 days prior to arrival and the new reservation must be within 10 months of the originally scheduled arrival date.

It is the guest and/or Group Coordinator's responsibility to ensure that a cancellation notice has been received in a timely fashion.

CHECK-IN is NO EARLIER than 2pm - No Early Birds Please! Due to a high volume of turnovers, we graciously ask you not arrive any early than 2pm so we may properly prepare for your arrival as well as our own personal needs. We know you are excited to begin your retreat but we must ask that you remain off premises until after 2pm. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
CHECK-OUT is no later than Noon!
Unless other prior arrangements have been made, guests may remain in the Workshop or on the grounds until no later than 12 noon on check out day. We do ask however, that all personal belongings be removed from the upper bed and bathrooms prior to 10am so we may begin preparing for our next guests.
